Extension without change of a currently approved collection
This collection is approved for three years. As a condition of this approval, however, EPA should submit an explanation of the change in burden, in tabular form, and request any needed amendments to the burden estimate using form 83-C. OMB notes that the burden estimate should disaggregate those reductions associated with use of the Consolidated Air Rule, which were previously estimated at 349,257 hours, and the other sources of change in burden. EPA should make this comparison for both hour burden and cost burden.
