Abstract: Owners or operators who construct or reconstruct major sources of hazardous air pollutants must apply for a case-by-case control determination under CAA section 112(g). State of local agencies will review applications submitted by sources, and determine the required level of control. The EPA will review a percentage of the determination is order to provide oversight.
