Abstract: This regulation requires group health plans, and the employers and employee organizations that sponsor them, to provide a notice to individuals previously discriminated against based on a health factor, informing the individuals of their right to enroll in the plan without regard to their health. The notice is necessary so that these individuals will know that they have the right to enroll in the plan.
