Abstract: DFARS Appendix I, requires mentor contractors, who voluntarily participate in the Pilot Mentor-Protege Program to report semi-annually on the progress made under their active mentor- protege agreements and requires their protege firms to report on progress made under their mentor-protege agreement annually by reviewing and concurring or rebutting its mentor's year end report.
