Abstract: Implementation and Catalyst Grants will be awarded to prepare future teachers to use modern learning technologies. These grants will address three critical issues in the use of technology. These issues include access to modern educational tools, support in the preparation of well-qualified, technology-proficient teachers, and bridging the digital divide to ensure access to modern learning technologies and qualified teachers for all students.
