Abstract: The rules for two-way transmissions for MDS and ITFS will allow two-way licenisng and provide greater flexibility in the use of the allotted spectrum to licensees. The Commission will use this information to ensure that MDS and ITFS applicants, conditional licensees and licensees have considered properly under the Commission's rules the potential for harmful interference from their facilities.
