Abstract: Section 73.687(e)(3) and (4) requires applicants for TV Channels 14 and 69 to submit evidence that no interference is being caused before being permitted to transmit programming on the new facilities. The evidence will be used by FCC staff to ensure proper precautions are taken to protect land mobile stations from interference.
