Abstract: This submission requests approval for a web-based performance report needed by the U.S. Department of Education (ED) to obtain baseline data and information on the progress and effectiveness the Preparing Tomorrow's Teachers to Use Technology (PT3) grantees. The PT3 grant program was established to assist consortia of public and private entities in developing and implementing teacher training programs that prospective teachers to use technology for improved instructional practices and students learning opportunity in the classroom.
