Abstract: This survey research project is designed to learn more about large partnerships, specifically those with 100 or more partners. ETA is especially interested in learning how these filers intend to respond to a new congressional mandate that these 1065 filers file Form 1065 electronically in 2001. The results of the survey will guide ETA efforts to promote the mandate with 1065 filers. In addition, it will provide ETA with information to promote software development opportunities.
