Abstract: Flight schools are required to maintain records to provide information to VA for determining compliance with requirements for VA payments to students pursuing flight-training courses. Also, when VA, rather than a separate State entity, is the approving agency, the proposed rule is intended to provide inforation to VA determining whether to approve a flight-training course.
