Abstract: The FR 1371 will solicit comments on the content and usefulness of the Federal Reserve's monthly Bulletin from a sample of subscribers. The FR 1372 will solicit comments on the quality of the customer service provided by the Board's Publications Service Department. The information will be used to assess whether the needs of the Board's subscribers are being met in a courteous and expeditious manner and whether changes should be made in order to increase efficiency and customer satisfaction.
