Abstract: The information requested in Revenue Procedure 2000-1 under section 5.05, 6.07, 8.01, 8.02, 8.03, 8.04, 8.05, 8.07, 9.01, 10.06, 10.07, 10.09, 11.01, 11.06, 11.07, 12.11, 13.02, 15.02, 15.07, 15.08, 15.09, and 15.11 paragraph (B)(1) of Appendix A, and Appendix C, and question 35 of Appendix C and in Revenue Procedure 2000-3 under section 3.01 (22), (24), (25), (27), and (28) 3.02(1) and (3), 4.01(26), and 4.02(1) and (7)(b) is required to enable the Internal Revenue Service to give advice on filing letter ruling and determination letter requests and to process such request.
