Abstract: This evaluation seeks to isolate the impacts of the paid advertising and partnership components. Questions exploring how the program affected awareness of the census and mailback response rates will be asked in the survey. The scientifically selected sample will be drawn to yield statistically reliable results for the total population and for four targeted populations (African Americans, Hispanics, Asians, and Native Americans).
