Abstract: The interim proceeding partially lifts the freeze on paging applications and allows applications to be filed by current licensees for additional shared licenses. To insure that the applicants are incumbent licensees, they are required to fill out a certification stating that they currently have an operating system and that the application is for an addition or modification of a current system.
