This ICR is approved pursuant to the Paperwork Reduction Act as codified at 5 CFR 1320. Before resubmission of this ICR for extension, the Agency is encouraged to revise the estimated wage in accordance with guidance provided by OMB or by EPA's Office of Environmental Information. Furthermore, the Agency is encouraged to continue to improve estimates of the number of sources subject to these recordkeeping and reporting requirements

The effective public is all owners and operators of reactor processes constructed after proposal of regulation. The information gathered is necessary to determine which sources are subject to the standards and to verify compliance with all requirements.
