Abstract: This study is to provide preliminary information about the extent to which clinicians are awae of the 1998 Guidelines; their access to and use of the 1998 Guidelines and factors that enable or preclude the use of the 1998 Guidelines. One thousand physicians and advance practice nurses will be surveyed in two managed care organizations.
