Terms of Clearance: Approved consistent with CNCS' memo of 2/10/2000. In addition, the following terms of clearance apply. (1) CNCS will the revise the forms to remove all question pertaining to Congressional Districts. This change to the forms are required because the information is obtainable from other sources and because the information lacks practical utility. (2) In the next submission of this approval request, CNCS will report on efforts to: (a) provide an electronic reporting option; (b) develop a common title page for all CNCS grant applications.
