Abstract: Final rule 10 CFR 72 "Changes Tests, and Experiments" revises requirements pertaining to changes, tests, and experiments and for updatng final safety analysis reports. The purpose of the rulemaking is to clarify requirements and to allow more flexibility for certain changes that a licensee could make without receiving prior NRC approval.
