Abstract: NRC is amending its regulations to conform to new national requirements for the protection of and access to classified information. In doing so, new regulatory requirements are being proposed for non-possessing facilities to submit security facility approval requests, report information on FOCI status of facilities, and to submit 5-year updates to the facility SPPP.
