Abstract: Owners/operators of pressure-sensitive tape and label surface coating operations must notify EPA of contruction, modification, start-ups, shutdowns, malfunctions, and dates and results of performance tests. Owners/operators shall submit quarterly reports of exceedences of VOC emission limits and semiannual reports. Records shall be kept of coatings used and solvents recaptured or destroyed.
