ED agrees to remove questions 3 and 4 which duplicate APR, reducing the survey by 10 minutes per response. ED will ensure that the race/ethnicity classification standards meet with minimum standards required by OMB's October 30, 1997, 62 FR 58781 Federal Register notice. In addition, respondents will be advised that questions 16 and 22 are optional data collections.
