Abstract: The purpose of this evaluation is to provide updated information on the operation and implementation of Talent Search and Educational Opportunity Centers (EOC) and to examine the feasibility of conducting a study of Talent Search Outcomes and impact on students. The Talent Search Program has the purpose of increasing the number of youth from disadvantaged backgrounds who graduate from high school and enroll in postsecondary institutions. Educational Opportunity Centers (EOCs) have goals and services similar to Talent Search but with a focus on serving an adult populations that has left school.....
