Abstract: In response to E.O. 13078, SSA has entered into cooperative agreements with 18 States to conduct demonstration projects to develop service delivery models that increase the rates of gainful employment of people with disabilities. The information collected will be used to evaluate whether and to what extent the service delivery models achieve the overall goals of the demonstration projects. Also, SSA will use the results to conduct a net outcome evaluation to determine the long-term effectiveness of the interventions.
