Abstract: Respondents are owners and operators of flexible polyurethane foam production facilities. Respondents must submit a one-time initial notification of start-up and semiannual reports of noncompliance. Recordkeeping is required to track the amount of air toxics being used. The reports and records will be used to demonstrate compliance with the standards.
