Abstract: Certain non-rural exchange carriers are required to complete a line count data request, which seeks line count information. The information is necessary to enable the Commission to determine, on a timely basis, accurate line counts for non-rural carriers to be used in the forward-looking cost mechanism to estimate high cost support.
