Abstract: Respondents are owners and operators of new and existing facilities that manufacture ferronickel, ferromanganese, silicomanganese, or ferrochromium and are sources or are co-located at major sources. Respondents would submit notification and information indicating the performance of air pollution controls. The information is needed to ensure compliance with the rule.
