Abstract: Green Lights is a voluntary program in which corporations and other private and public organizations agree to install energy efficient lighting as a profitable means of preventing pollution and improving lighting quality. Participants provide EPA with information on their implementation progress. This information is used to assist and assess program effectiveness.
