Abstract: Owners/operators must notify EPA of construction, modification, startups, shutdowns, malfunctions, and the date and results of initial performance test. Owners/operators shall install, calibrate, and maintain a continuous emissions monitor for SO2 and record equipment operating parameters including calculations of conversion factors; semiannual reports of excess emissions shall be submitted.
