Abstract: The Commission has released a Report and Order, CS Docket No. 96-85, FCC 99-57, establishing final rules in its proceeding, In the Matter of Implementation of Cable Act Reform Provisions of the Telecommunications Act of 1996. This collection accounts for various information collection requirements found in initial rules and final rules in this proceeding that are not already accounted for under existing OMB control numbers for which the Commission has OMB clearance.
