Also, the agency should take care to include in future extensions of this ICR to include any cyclical reporting, such as NOx compliance plans. Reduced estimates of burden in this ICR result from reduced rates of opt-in source applications, revised estimates of source subcategories subject to Part 75 monitoring, and rule revisions that streamline reporting schedules, missing data reports, and low mass emissions monitoring.
