Abstract: Executive officers and principal shareholders of member banks who are indebted to correspondence banks must file the information contained in the FFIEC-004 report on such indebtedness to them or their related interests. State member banks are required to retain these reports for 3 years and to fulfill other recordkeeping requirements, such as furnishing annually a list of their correspondence banks to their executive officers and principal shareholders.
