Abstract: NOAA is proposing to revise certain reporting requirements for participants in the Western Alaska Community Development Quota (CDQ) Program. The changes would affect some vessels which harvest groundfish while fishing under the halibut CDQ program and some shoreside processors who take deliveries from such vessels. The changes are necessary to allow NOAA to better manage the CDQ program.
