Terms of Clearance: The FCC has permission to use an edition date rather than an expiration date provided the form state clearly that previous versions are no longer usable. The FCC needs to provide specific guidance for how the signature requirement of item K in the instructions can be met for electronic filing. FCC notices shall also be used to inform filers of any EEO related filing requirements. These requirements also apply to OMB Control numbers 3060-0027 and 3060-0031.
