Abstract: Proposed rule 10 CFR 31.5, Requirements for the Possession of Industrial Devices Containing Byproduct Material, is being amended to add new requirements. General licensees will be required to respond within 30 days to NRC's request for informtion concerning products that the licensee received under a general license.
