Abstract: The S-K Program provides financial assistance on a competitive basis for research and development projects that benefit U.S. fishing communities. Respondents to the application process will be universities, State or local governments, fisheries development foundations, industry associations, private companies, and individuals applying for grant funds. Grantees will be required to make progress and final reports.
