Abstract: This information is needed in order to determine the condition of the property upon conveyance, the results of repair contracts, and to monitor contractor performance in maintaining properties. Also, the sales contracts and addendums will be used as binding contracts between the purchaser and HUD. Respondents are potential contractors, contractors who work for HUD, and potential and actual purchasers of HUD-owned properties.
