Abstract: Under this request, the information collection would be extended to include a pilot program to collect harvest data via catch cards that may be exchanged for harvest tags. The pilot program would be implemented in cooperation with the North Carolina Division of Marine Fishereies. Currently, all anglers report required information through an automated phone system administered by Nextlink Interactive, Inc. North Carolina anglers would be exempted from this requirement.
