Abstract: Firms participating in certain negotiated Federal contracts and subcontracts over certain specified thresholds must allow the Government access to books, documents, papers, or other records and facilities involving these contracts. Such recordkeeping is necessary to assure that Federal funds are properly accounted for and that cost or pricing data are accurate, complete, and current.
