Abstract: This provision advises bidders to identify their bids by showing the invitation number and bid opening date on the outside of their bid envelope. The information is needed by VA to identify bids and to ensure that the bids are delivered to the proper bid opening location. Each firm or individual submitting a bid should provide this information with each bid submitted.
