Abstract: The Housing Assistance Council seeks to collect data on the housing conditions of migrant and seasonal farmworkers in the east coast migrant stream in order to document the types of units occupied, the quality of the housing, the cost of farmworkers housing, and rates of overcrowding. This data will help HUD better target its resources to areas with greatest farmworker needs.
