Abstract: This regulation allows claimants to request application of a published agency acquiescence ruling to a prior determination when such ruling conflicts with the determination. The information will be used to readjudicate the claim when the claimant can demonstrate that the prior determination could be changed as a result of the acquiescence ruling.
