Abstract: The purpose of the survey is to obtain public reaction to conducting business using videoconferencing technology. The information will be used by SSA to determine the effectiveness of using videoconferencing for conducting claims and hearing interviews. The respondents are applicants for social security disability benefits and Supplemental Security Income disability benefits.
