Terms of Clearance: The FCC has permission to delete the expiration date from the FCC 430 if it uses an edition date. The FCC should also provide a specific citation of the Communications Act for authority to collect this information. Finally, the FCC has permission to use this form (or a letter equivalent) for additional partitioning and disaggregation of services, including MMDS. The FCC shall submit information correction worksheets to document these new uses.
