Abstract: MANUFACTURERS OF SMALL SI ENGINES WILL REPORT AND KEEP RECORDS OF PRODUCTION INFORMATION, TEST DATA, AUDIT INFORMATION, AUDIT REPORTS, AND LABORATORY INFORMATION. THEY WILL SUBMIT REPORTS WHEN STARTING A NEW MODEL YEAR, WHEN THEY WANT TO PROVIDE VOLUNTARY DATA (NORMALLY QUARTERLY), AND AFTER AN AUDIT. EPA WILL USE THIS INFORMATION TO PLAN
