Abstract: Fewer NRC forms 237 will be submitted under the requirements of a proposed rule for 10 CFR parts 25 and 95 that conforms requirements for the protection of and access to classified information to new national security policy documents to address the intent of E.O. 12829. Because access requests will be submitted to the cognizant security authority only, fewer access requests will be submitted to NRC.
