Abstract: The proposed standards would require 15 plants in the phosphate fertilizers industry to develop, record, and maintain data on the performance of air pollution control devices. Those devices would be installed to limit emissions of hazardous air pollutants. The information to be collected is the minimum necessary to ensure the proper installation, operation, and maintenance of the control devices.
