Terms of Clearance: The FCC has permission to modifiy the FCC-900 to include TINs for the licensee or the payor, penidng guidance from the Department of Treasury. The FCC shall modify the Privacy Act/ PRA notice based on the generic notice agreed to by OMB and the FCC -- and ensure that the Debt Collection Improvement Act requirements are met. This also applies to the FCC-159.

Abstract: This "generic" renewal form may be filed in lieu of FCC forms 313R, 402R, 405, 405A, 405B, 452R, 574R, and 610R for electronic renewal of a wireless radio services authorization. The data is used to determine eligibility for a renewed authorization, to issue a license, and to maintain current license data bases for proper use of frequency spectrum.
