Abstract: Section 76.1302 provides that any aggrieved video programming vendor intending to file a carriage agreement complaint with the Commission must first notify the potential defendant multichannel video programming distributor that it intends to file such a complaint. If the parties cannot resolve the dispute, the complainant may file a complaint with the Commission.
