Abstract: We are conducting this operation by phoning each special place (SP) and conducting computer interviews to identify and collect updated information about group quarters (GQs) and housing units (HUs) at the SP. The Census Bureau must count individuals listed at GQs and HUs at/or associated with special places. The respondents will be managers or staff at the facilities (SP).
