Abstract: FCC reports 43-09A and 43-09B provide summaries of investment, revenue, and expenses related to local exchange carriers' deployment of video dialtone technology. FCC reports 43-09A and 43-09B will allow the Commission to monitor the implementation of video information that will assist the Commission to gauge the impact of video dialtone on jurisdictional separations and local telephone rates.
